A traditional Menorcan rural estate in a privileged location in Mercadal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the house is fully equipped, and there’s room for a large family. The children really enjoy the animals and the garden. The pool is spectacular with views of Mercadal. We return every year. Tonia and Gabi go out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They are fantastic hosts. Thank you always.

The house is very well located, sharing a rural and urban area with incredible views. It’s a great place to enjoy every aspect of the property. It’s been renovated inside. The fireplace and pellet stove are a welcome addition, as we stayed there in winter. The pool is perfect, although not heated, but it should be perfect in summer. They have a decent barbecue and a terrace to enjoy. The children had a great time. The owner is very helpful and discreet.

I traveled to Menorca for work at the end of July. I rented the house to stay with the team, and it was a perfect choice. The owners are super attentive, and the house is wonderful, both in terms of location and comfort. Mercadal is perfectly located for getting around the island, and you’ll find everything you could need. The house is on a small hill, so it’s cool, airy, and very pleasant. The rooms are very cute, and the renovated suites are done with great taste and attention to detail. 100% recommended. I will definitely return!

The pool is ideal, the perfect size for a pleasant swim. The owners, I think were Tonia and Gabí (sorry if I’m confused), take care of even the smallest details. There are 12 people.

We spent our vacation in Bini Aumaia with friends, and it was the perfect way to unwind. Mercadal is very close to the town, but at the same time, we enjoyed complete peace and quiet, with incredible views of the countryside and the town. A very large and practical house for spending time with family or friends. We will definitely return. The hosts were very friendly.
